RESERVATION POLICY

  • The rental of goods is only possible from Saturday to Saturday in high season.

  • Entry into the accommodation is possible from 5 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.  

  • Cleaning costs and tourist tax are included in our prices.

  • If your request meets the reservation policy, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the reservation. The reservation contract must be signed and a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer. One month prior to the date of entry into the accommodation, the balance must be paid.

 

  • In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation takes place within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the balance will not be refunded.  

 

  • The swimming pools of I Tramizi rentals are unsupervised and in service from April to October.

 

  • An inventory of entry and exit will be made. An internal regulation enacting the rules and the sanctions in the event of infringements will be signed with the entry in housing. In addition, any degraded or missing property will be invoiced. Household linen must remain inside the accommodation. The bath towels made available to you cannot be authorized for any other use.

 

  • The use of the material and various equipment made available to the tenant are under the sole responsibility of the tenant who declares to have a "civil liability" insurance covering all incidents and damage that may occur during the use of these last. He renounces to engage the responsibility of I Tramizi rentals in any capacity whatsoever. He cannot hold the owner responsible for any bodily injury or material damage caused to third parties or to himself.​
